wedding cake

day 270:


tonight we went to a friend's wedding.


it was at the hotel northampton and it was beautiful.


i noticed the cake right away.


tim and i did not have a cake. we thought that since we had apple pie for dessert that there would be no sense in getting a cake.


and as much as i love wedding cakes, and think that they are little works of art, i do not regret our decision one bit.


if i had to do it all over again, i still wouldn't get the cake. 


apple pie is amazing.
